Natural dye face mask .

Muted russety oranges.

Salix babylonica . An excellent climbing tree and provider of tranquil summertime shade. When exiled to St Helena, Napoleon so loved sitting under a willow that he asked to be buried beneath its branches. Within the bark is a substance which has aspirin like properties, once used as a medicinal to treat headache, toothache and fever.

The leaves and fine branches make a vibrant dye.

Notes . Reverse fold on the left side of each face. Comes in a handy carry bag to keep the mask clean and easy to pocket. The optional neck strap can be knotted onto each ear strap and worn around the back of the head to allow the mask to be fully removed but remain at hand.

Care . Washable at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle or by hand. Do not tumble dry.
