Delivery .
Standard Delivery - £1.00
Usually arrives in 1-4 working days. At times there may be a longer lead time if a mask needs to be made to order.
Standard deliveries are made by Royal Mail between 7am and 7pm. Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days.
If you nominate a collection point as your delivery address, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
UK includes: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.
International Delivery - £4.50
Usually arrives in 1-4 weeks. At times there may be a longer lead time if a mask needs to be made to order.
All orders are shipped via a Royal Mail Tracked service.
Please note: Each country has their own duties and taxes, so you are responsible for any incurred fees when you receive your order.
Returns .
Due to the nature of the product, Cocoon masks are non-returnable. The only exception being if the item is faulty. If an item is faulty please contact me on contact@cocoonnaturaldye.com. If returning a faulty item please keep the tracking number safe.
Lifetime
repairs .
If your mask needs repairing please post to;
Cocoon, 31 Mill Street, London, SE1 2AX.
Please remember to include your name and address within the parcel. Repairs are free but I kindly request for you to cover your own postage costs.

Donations .
If you are an organisation, business or individual and would like to donate dyestuff please email me at contact@cocoonnaturaldye.com.
Please do not post material to me without prior agreement.
Commissions .
If you have a special plant or favourite food and would like me to use it in a dye vat, to make a more unique and meaningful gift, please get in touch to discuss further on contact@cocoonnaturaldye.com.
